계정 및 데이터 삭제
SaveLink에서는 언제든지 본인의 계정과 관련된 모든 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
앱에서 직접 삭제하기 (권장)
- SaveLink 앱을 엽니다.
- 프로필 탭으로 이동합니다.
- 하단의 계정 삭제를 선택합니다.
- 확인하면 계정과 모든 관련 데이터가 즉시 삭제됩니다.
웹(savelink-ai.vercel.app)에서도 프로필 → 계정 삭제로 동일하게 삭제할 수 있습니다.
앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우 (이메일 요청)
앱을 이미 삭제했거나 로그인할 수 없는 경우, 가입에 사용한 이메일 주소로 아래 주소에 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 영업일 기준 30일 이내에 처리합니다.
삭제되는 데이터
- 계정 정보 (이메일, 표시 이름, 사용자 ID)
- 저장한 모든 링크와 그 제목·설명·메모·AI 요약·태그
- 카테고리, 공개/비공개 설정
- 크레딧 적립·사용 내역
- 팔로우/구독, 신고·차단 기록
보관 정책
삭제 요청 시 계정과 위 데이터는 운영 데이터베이스에서 즉시 영구 삭제됩니다. 백업에 남은 잔여 사본은 최대 30일 이내에 완전히 폐기되며, 이후에는 어떤 형태로도 보관되지 않습니다. (법적으로 보관이 요구되는 데이터는 없습니다.)

Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the SaveLink app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account (계정 삭제) at the bottom.
- Confirm — your account and all related data are deleted immediately.
You can also delete from the web (savelink-ai.vercel.app) via Profile → Delete Account.
If you can't access the app
Email us from the address you signed up with and we'll process the deletion within 30 days: jihunlim204@gmail.com
What is deleted
- Account info (email, display name, user ID)
- All saved links and their titles, descriptions, notes, AI summaries, and tags
- Categories and public/private settings
- Credit earn/spend history
- Follows/subscriptions and report/block records
Retention
Your account and the data above are permanently deleted immediately from the operational database upon request. Any residual copies in backups are fully purged within 30 days. No data is retained for any other purpose.
