이용약관
본 약관은 SaveLink(이하 "서비스") 이용에 관한 조건을 정합니다. 서비스에 가입하거나 이를 이용함으로써 본 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
1. 서비스
서비스는 링크를 저장·정리하고, 원하면 공개로 공유하며, AI 요약·분류 기능을 제공합니다. 서비스는 사전 고지 없이 기능을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
2. 계정
이메일 인증으로 계정을 생성하며, 계정과 그 활동에 대한 책임은 본인에게 있습니다.
3. 사용자 콘텐츠 및 금지 행위
사용자가 저장·공유하는 링크·메모·요약 등 콘텐츠에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. 불법 콘텐츠, 혐오·괴롭힘·폭력, 음란물, 스팸, 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠 등 부적절한 콘텐츠에 대해서는 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다. 이러한 콘텐츠나 행위는 금지되며, 위반 시 해당 콘텐츠 삭제 및 계정 이용 제한·종료가 이뤄질 수 있습니다.
4. 신고 및 차단
공개 피드의 콘텐츠나 사용자가 부적절하다고 판단되면 앱 내 신고 및 차단 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. 접수된 신고는 24시간 이내에 검토하여 필요한 조치(콘텐츠 삭제, 사용자 제한 등)를 취합니다. 차단한 사용자의 콘텐츠는 더 이상 표시되지 않습니다.
5. AI 기능
AI 요약·분류 결과는 참고용이며 정확성이나 완전성을 보장하지 않습니다. 중요한 판단은 원문을 직접 확인해 주세요.
6. 크레딧
LINK 크레딧은 서비스 내 가상 재화로, 현금 가치가 없고 환불·양도되지 않습니다.
7. 면책
서비스는 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공되며, 법이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스 이용으로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
8. 종료
본 약관을 위반하는 경우 사전 통지 없이 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 종료할 수 있습니다. 사용자는 언제든지 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of SaveLink ("the Service"). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
The Service lets you save and organize links, optionally share them publicly, and provides AI summary and categorization. The Service may change or discontinue features without prior notice.
2. Accounts
Accounts are created via email authentication. You are responsible for your account and its activity.
3. User Content & Prohibited Conduct
You are responsible for the content you save or share, including links, notes, and summaries. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content — illegal content, hate, harassment, violence, pornography, spam, and content that infringes others' rights. Such content and conduct are prohibited; violations may result in content removal and restriction or termination of your account.
4. Reporting & Blocking
If you find content or a user in the public feed objectionable, you can use the in-app Report and Block features. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and appropriate action (content removal, user restriction, etc.) is taken. Content from a user you block is no longer shown to you.
5. AI Features
AI summary/classification results are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. Verify the original source for important decisions.
6. Credits
LINK credits are virtual goods within the Service with no cash value; they are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as-is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may restrict use or terminate your account without prior notice for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
